ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Story: Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton said on Wednesday that the U.S. needs to work with partners, including Arab countries, to reduce the threat of terrorism. She also told a group at Stanford University that the U.S. needs to work with the area's technology experts to figure out how to balance the needs of security and privacy on encryption systems, like the one Apple uses on its iPhones. Clinton seized on this week's attacks in Brussels to argue that neither Trump nor Cruz can be trusted to lead the fight against Islamic State militants. Trump has called for a temporary ban on Muslims entering the United States and Cruz said he would send police patrols into Muslim neighborhoods in the U.S.
