The Ecuadorian army has found more dead buried in the rubble of Saturday's earthquake. Their discovery here in the town of Pedernales brings the death toll to more than 440. And with more than 200 people still missing, officials expect the number to rise. Army Captain Gabriel Simbana says it's painful to see so much death. (SOUNDBITE) (Spanish) CAPTAIN OF THE ECUADOREAN ARM, GABRIEL SIMBANA, SAYING: "They are our family too, we are all Ecuador here. We are trying to lift the bodies of these people out so that they can find peace and can be buried as they should be with their families." The quake destroyed or damaged about 1,500 buildings. It also triggered mudslides and left more than 20,000 people sleeping in shelters. Soldiers have been delivering aid throughout the day... much of it coming from neighbors like Peru. Overseen by President Ollanta Humala, Lima has sent four shipments of aid since the quake struck. But it will take many more before Ecuador is back on its feet.
