Crucial aid has reached Pedernales, a town on the coast of Ecuador devastated by an earthquake. Many survivors are struggling without water or power. The quake killed more than 480 people in the country. Ecuador's president, Rafael Correa, surveyed the damage, and says rebuilding will take years and billions of dollars. Tens of thousands of people have lost their homes. Many of them have set up makeshift camps, like this one. (SOUNDBITE) (Spanish) JACKSON GONZALEZ, EARTHQUAKE VICTIM, SAYING: "All of our houses are on the ground. Everything is lost. Everything is lost. There is nothing more to do with what was God's desire. There is nothing more to do." Saturday's earthquake was Ecuador's worst in decades.
