An Air Force official says one of the Thunderbirds jets at the U.S. Air Force Academy graduation in Colorado crashed just after a ceremonial flyover. U.S. President Barack Obama had just given his last commencement speech to the graduates as president moments before. The U.S. Air Force said the Thunderbird F-16 aircraft crashed near Peterson Air Force Base "shortly after" and that the pilot was able to eject safely. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
