SUBTITLED ROUGH CUT Cuban President Raul Castro praised boxer Muhammad Ali while speaking at the summit of the Association of Caribbean States. "We send a message of condolence and solidarity to the great boxing champ Muhammad Ali's family, to the people of the United States, especially the African-American community, whose rights he (Ali) always defended, and to the entire international sporting community. We will never forget his chivalry and ethics, his rejection of war and defense of peace, his respect for and friendship with the companion Fidel and the great boxer born in Cuba, Teofilo Stevenson, whose father was from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and whose maternal grandparents were from Saint Kitts and Nevis." Muhammad Ali died Friday at age 74.
