ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump told CBS's "Face the Nation" that the judge overseeing the Trump University case has treated him "very unfairly," and that "there is something going on" adding that he is biased. Trump has accused U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel of harboring a bias against him in lawsuits involving fraud allegations against Trump University, the New York businessman's now-defunct real estate school. "This judge has treated me very unfairly, he has treated me in a hostile manner, and there is something going on," Trump said. The presumptive Republican nominee has suggested Curiel's Mexican-American heritage had influenced the judge's opinion because of Trump's campaign pledge to build a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border. "We have to stop being so politically correct in this country," Trump told CBS. "And I am not blaming... I am proud my heritage, we are all proud of our heritage, but I want to build a wall. Now, the Hispanics, many of them like what I am saying, the are here legally, they don't want people coming and taking their jobs and taking there house and every thing else, they don't want that." "I am doing very well with the Latinos, the Hispanics, the Mexicans, I am doing very well with them, in my opinion," he said.
