ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. Vice President Joe Biden together with his wife Jill visited the Turkish embassy in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday to sign a condolence book a day after an extremist attack on an Istanbul airport. Islamic State militants were suspected to have carried out Tuesday's attacks , which killed 41 people and wounded 239 at Europe's third-busiest airport.
