ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) UK Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson warned on Friday (July 15) that a truck attack in the French city of Nice that killed 84 people during Bastille Day celebrations represented a "continuing threat" to Europe, if confirmed as a terror attack. The man driving the truck, identified by a police source as a 31-year-old Tunisian-born Frenchman, opened fire before police shot him dead, in an incident described by President Francois Hollande as a terrorist act. "Clearly this represents a continuing threat, if this is a terrorist incident as it appears to be, represents a continuing threat to us in the whole of Europe and we must meet it together," Johnson said.
