+++ RESENDING SCRIPT FOR BETTER KEYFRAME +++ ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: U.S. Secret Service agents on Wednesday (August 10) tackled a protester who appeared to rush towards the stage where Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton was speaking. Several agents knocked the man to the floor and then escorted him away. Nearby, at the front of the audience, a group of animal rights activists were protesting as Clinton addressed the rally at a high school auditorium in Des Moines, Iowa. The incident was similar to one on August 4 when Secret Service agents rushed to the stage to protect Clinton from animal rights protesters who were approaching the presidential nominee during her rally in Las Vegas. The protesters in both instances held a banner from the animal liberation group Direct Action Anywhere which says it wants Clinton to take a stronger stance on animal rights, including animals used for food.
