NATURAL ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. President Barack Obama and his family returned to Washington, DC on Sunday (August 24) after spending two weeks on the island of Martha's Vineyard in Massachusetts. Obama plans to visit the flood damaged regions of Baton Rouge on Tuesday. U.S. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump toured the flood damaged area on Friday and told reporters Obama should have cut short his vacation in order to the same. The White House usually waits to visit disaster zones to avoid tying up police and emergency resources needed elsewhere.
