William Shardinski says he was in his car in Linden, New Jersey when he purportedly heard the standoff between police and Ahmad Khan Rahami, the suspect linked to the weekend's bombings around New York. Now Rahami, a 28-year-old naturalized U.S. citizen born in Afghanistan has been taken into custody. Long before the FBI made the arrest, the Rahami family was well known in Elizabeth, New Jersey, They lived above their business First American Fried Chicken. Jonathan Banker who works nearby at a dental office suspected nothing. (SOUNDBITE) (English) JONATHAN BANKER, NEIGHBOR WHO WORKS IN DENTIST'S OFFICE ACROSS THE STREET, SAYING: "They say if you see something, say something and other than making lousy fried chicken, they just seemed pretty normal." Others neighbors had a different view. (SOUNDBITE) (English) UNIDENTIFIED NEIGHBOR, SAYING: "I heard the noises, I went to the window to see what's going on again on that place? I thought to myself, 'these people they're all so loud sometimes,' and then I saw all these special forces trying to go in, all armed too. It made me very nervous." Now a different kind of noise at the restaurant as it becomes a potential crime scene after a series of attacks over the weekend.
