NATURAL ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) The 2016 Zurich film festival kicked off on Thursday (September 22) with the drama "Lion". Based on a real story, the film follows a boy tragically separated from his family, then adopted by an Australian couple who finally manage to find his birth mother 25 years later with the help of Google Earth. It stars Nicole Kidman, Dev Patel and Rooney Mara. Hollywood producer, Harvey Weinstein, explained what he called the political importance of cinema and talked of his passion for watching Bollywood films. "Lion" begins its global cinematic rollout from November 24.
