EDITORS PLEASE NOTE PROFANITY IN TEXT OF FIRST SOUNDBITE Liam Gallagher walked the red carpet at the premiere of Oasis documentary 'Supersonic'. Talking to journalists the band's frontman couldn't resist taking a shot at brother Noel, when asked why he wasn't there. SOUNDBITE: Oasis Singer, Liam Gallagher, saying (English): "No he's (Noel) probably in, like I said before, one of his really fucking, really, really, really, really, really, really big houses, eating tofu and having a face peel. Isn't that right? Man of the people." The new documentary film follows the group through the early 90's and includes previously unseen material and commentary - something Liam said brought back strong emotions. SOUNDBITE: Oasis Singer, Liam Gallagher, saying (English): "Everything's emotional. Life's emotional and if it's not, you're not living. So yeah, it was emotional but we get over it. There was more euphoric moments than like whingy bad moments. Pretty euphoric the whole thing." 'Supersonic' is made by the team behind award-winning documentaries Amy and Senna and is directed by Mat Whitecross. Speaking on the red carpet Mat said it wasn't all hostility between the famously acrimonious brothers. SOUNDBITE: 'Supersonic' Director, Mat Whitecross, (English): Noel talked about what a great frontman was, Liam was, then Liam talked about what a great songwriter Noel was. I think all those kind of things were the initial starting point, and then, inevitably, the more you talk then some of the bitterness comes out, but I think everyone knows that about the Gallaghers. That's part of the package." 'Supersonic' is in cinemas in the UK and Ireland from today (October 2) and on general release October 7.
