ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Democratic Vice presidential candidate Sen. Tim Kaine opened the Vice Presidential debate saying the thought of Donald Trump as commander-in-chief "scares" him to death. Republican Vice presidential candidate Gov. Mike Pence said he admired Donald Trump's experience as a business leader as he raised concerns about the Clinton Foundation. Farmville, a town of 8,000 nestled in the heart of central Virginia, got a rare spell in the limelight on Tuesday night when U.S. vice presidential candidates faced off at Longwood University in their only debate of the general election campaign. Democrat Hillary Clinton has led Republican Donald Trump in national opinion polls in recent months. On Tuesday, an average of polls aggregated by RealClearPolitics website showed her with 48.1 percent of support compared to Trump's 44.3 percent.
