ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Former U.S. President Bill Clinton told voters in Belle Glade, Florida that Democrat Hillary Clinton has a plan to help students pay back their college loans. Her plan, if elected president, would include forgiveness of debt after a period of 10 years, if graduates took up a job in public service, Bill Clinton told supporters at the voter registration event. "If you take any job, and you borrow $200,000, the rest is forgiven after 20 years, and you can never be charged more than 20% of your after-tax income," the former president added. U.S. Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton has shared a stage with former rival Senator Bernie Sanders onto appeal for youth votes in the Nov. 8 election on college education policy. Clinton has vowed to make college affordable if she wins the White House, the kind of promise that won Sanders many young supporters during the Democratic nominating contest.
