ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: U.S. President Barack Obama hailed the importance of scientific research following the White House Frontiers Conference. In his weekly address, the U.S. leader talked about his meetings with innovators at the conference in Pittsburgh, which focuses on advances in science and technology.
