ROUGH CUT (no reporter narration) Tim Kaine slams Republican Donald Trump ahead of the third and final presidential debate. The vice presidential nominee said Trump left no more people to insult ahead of the last debate, so he'll go after the American electorate. "It's going to be scorched earth," Kaine said. "It's like after he's insulted every group, what left can he do?" U.S. Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump faces a formidable challenge in Las Vegas Wednesday night when he and Democrat Hillary Clinton face off in their third and final debate as Trump tries to reverse his standing in an election that appears to be tilting away from him.
