ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) NASA launched eight mini-satellites into space with the hope of improving hurricane forecasts. A plane carrying a rocket with the satellites took off from Cape Canaveral, Florida on Thursday morning. The satellites will measure hurricane winds, allowing scientists to get a better glimpse of a storm's intensity.
