Donald Trump's entire attention may be on his transition to the Whiter House, but he'll have to take a break from that for a deposition first. A Washington judge has ordered the president-elect must testify in his lawsuit against celebrity chef Jose Andres the first week of January. Trump is suing Andres for $10 million for pulling out of a deal to open a restaurant in Trump's new DC hotel. Andres bristled over Trump's disparaging comments about Mexican immigrants, and said Trump's language made it difficult to market his Spanish restaurant to customers. Trump's lawyers had argued he's too busy preparing for his January 20th inauguration and wanted the scope of the deposition, as well as its length, limited. But the judge ruled that limits on the deposition could hurt the case for Andres, and that Trump's own statements were at the very heart of the matter.
