ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. President-elect Donald Trump said on Saturday (December 17) that he wasn't serious when he said his supporters were "vicious" and "violent" before the election. At a rally in Mobile, Alabama Saturday night, the final one of his "Thank You Tour", Trump said he was just having some fun with his supporters. At a rally Friday in Orlando, Florida, Trump had said that his supporters were "vicious" and "violent" during the campaign, screaming that his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton should be locked up, but had become calmer after his upset election victory. But on Saturday, he backed away from the comments, saying he was just "having fun" with his supporters. The rallies in Orlando and Mobile were part of Trump's "Thank You Tour" of states where he won the majority of the vote in the U.S. presidential election, as part of his upset victory over Clinton.
