ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer condemned North Korea's ballistic missile launch saying Pyongyang has shown itself to be an "irresponsible nation in every way." Speaking on CBS' Face the Nation, Schumer says he believes the North Korean regime is testing President Donald Trump. He added the real answer to curtailing North Korea is China. "I think we have to tell the Chinese that they have to put the wood to North Korea in a much more serious way than they've done so far," said Schumer.
