ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: President Donald Trump began his address to Congress on Tuesday (February 28) by condemning the recent wave of threats targeting Jewish community centers as well as the shooting of two Indian men in Kansas. "Recent threats targeting Jewish community centers and vandalism of Jewish cemeteries as well as last week's shooting in Kansas City remind us that while we may be a nation divided on policies, we are a country that stands united in condemning hate and evil in all of its ugly forms," Trump said. The FBI is now investigating the Kansas City shooting as a hate crime. In that incident, an Indian engineer was killed and his co-worker was wounded by a man who reportedly shouted "Get out of my country" before opening fire. On Monday, Jewish community centers and schools in at least 13 U.S. states reported receiving bomb threats, the fifth wave of such threats this year that have stoked fears of a resurgence of anti-Semitism.
