Brexit Secretary David Davis has in a committee hearing admitted that the UK government hasn't done a recent economic impact assessment of Britain in the event of it not securing a deal with the EU. Rough cut (no reporter narration).

ROUGH CUT. NO REPORTER NARRATION. Brexit minister David Davis has admitted that the British government hasn't carried out an assessment on the effect on the economy of not completing an exit deal with the EU. The comments on Wednesday (15 March) came during a UK select committee hearing into the British government's Brexit plans. On Monday (13 March) UK Prime Minister Theresa May was granted legal authority by parliament to start Brexit proceedings with the EU.
