SUBTITLED ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION Residents of a Miami, Florida neighborhood took matters into their own hands on Thursday morning (March 30) when they roped a stray alligator and tied it to a tree. The residents of -- fittingly named -- Snapper Village believed the animal had been roaming their townhouse community and feasting on neighbors' pets. Helicopter news video showed the alligator occasionally thrashing in the ropes as bystanders waited for animal control officials to arrive.
