VIDEO SHOWS: ANDY MURRAY TALKING ABOUT NOVAK DJOKOVIC'S DECISION TO SPLIT WITH COACHING STAFF SHOWS: MADRID, SPAIN (MAY 7, 2017) (REUTERS - ACCESS ALL) 1. (SOUNDBITE) (English) ANDY MURRAY SAYING: "It's difficult travelling with, it's great in some ways but it's also difficult travelling with the same person or same people for 10, eleven, twelve years. It's very rare nowadays to see teams or coaching relationships lasting that long just because how intense it is. A lot of travelling, a lot of time away from families, spending a lot of hours of the day together. So yeah maybe Novak (Djokovic) just felt like it was time for a change or he felt that he needed a change." STORY: World number one Andy Murray says he can understand why Novak Djokovic has split from his back room team. The Serbian announced he was making a clean break ahead of this week's Madrid Masters. He won't have a coach in the short term future as he looks to find the form that has deserted him since he won last year's French Open. And Murray, who has had a number of coaches throughout his career, said at a press conference in Madrid that he understood why Djokovic had made the move.
