SHOWS: MANCHESTER, ENGLAND, UK (MAY 11, 2017) (REUTERS - ACCESS ALL) 1. (SOUNDBITE) (English) MANCHESTER UNITED MANAGER JOSE MOURINHO, SAYING: "For Celta it was, for Celta, for Vigo, it was the most important match of their history, and it was very important for us to equal that desire, and at the end, when the game was difficult, when they were better than us, when we were in trouble, when we weren't playing well, in the end I think it was that mentality, and that desire, and that togetherness, that made the boys fight until the end." STORY: Manchester United survived a fraught finale, featuring an ugly brawl and a red card for each side, to draw 1-1 at home to Celta Vigo and reach the Europa League final on Thursday (May 11). John Guidetti had a chance to win the tie for Celta with the last kick of the game but failed to control the ball six metres from goal. United manager Jose Mourinho said the side kept their cool and their desire to win kept them ahead. United, who won 2-1 on aggregate, will face Ajax Amsterdam in Stockholm on May 24 after the Dutch side overcame Olympique Lyonnais 5-4 on aggregate after a 3-1 defeat in Lyon.
