ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Former first lady Michelle Obama joked about her husband's unbuttoned shirts while also taking aim at President Trump's decision to relax some Obama-era school lunch rules during an appearance at a conference in Washington, D.C. Speaking at the Partnership for a Healthier America conference on Friday, Obama said she's enjoying life after the White House, as is her husband, former President Barack Obama. "He's running around out there in the world with his shirt unbuttoned." The former first lady also criticized the Trump administration's decision to relax some rules aimed at making U.S. school lunches healthier, a move viewed by health advocates as a direct hit on Michelle Obama's signature issue. "This is where you really have to look at motives. You have to stop and think, why don't you want our kids to have good food at school? What is wrong with you? And why is that a partisan issue? Why would that be political? What is going on?," Obama said.
