ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Vice President Mike Pence decried free speech "suppression" as he delivered a commencement address at Notre Dame University Sunday (May 21) as some students staged walk out. "I would submit that the increasing intolerance and suppression of the time-honored tradition of free expression on our campuses jeopardizes the liberties of every American," he said. Pence's speech came as U.S. President Donald Trump is on his first overseas trip where in a speech in Saudi Arabia Trump called on Arab leaders to do their fair share to "drive out" terrorism from their countries in a speech that put the burden on the region to combat militant groups.
