ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) French President Emmanuel Macron categorically ruled out any renegotiation of the Paris climate accords on Thursday and said U.S. President Donald Trump's decision to withdraw would harm American interests and citizens. Macron, who made a televised address in French and English, said Trump's decision was a 'mistake' for the U.S. and the planet. He added that there will be no renegotiating. "I reaffirm clearly that the Paris agreement remains irreversible and will be implemented not just by France, but by all the other nations," Macron said.
