(ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION) Heavy rain continued to batter southwestern Japan on Friday (July 7) morning, as local residents and firefighters carried on the search for survivors, as well as cleaning up debris. The rainstorm began earlier this week, and has caused three deaths and 100,000 evacuation orders after the roads were inundated. The weather agency downgraded a special warning issued on Wednesday (July 5) to Fukuoka and the neighbouring Oita prefecture to a regular alert.
