ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) A man accused of fatally shooting two Florida police officers was formally charged with first-degree premeditated murder during his first court appearance on Sunday. A judge ordered Everett Miller to be held with no bond. Miller is accused of fatally shooting Sgt. Sam Howard and Officer Matthew Baxter during an altercation in a Kissimmee neighborhood with a history of drug activity.
