Dutch AerCap's US IPO raises $600.3 million

NEW YORK, Nov 20 (Reuters) - AerCap Holdings N.V., a Dutch provider of aircraft, engines and parts, on Monday raised $600.3 million with an initial public offering that priced within a forecast range, according to an underwriter.

The 26.1 million share offering, which represents about a 31 percent stake in the company, sold for $23 per share compared with a $22 to $24 forecast.

Underwriters, led by Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs & Co., Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch & Co., have the option to buy 3.9 million shares to cover overallotments, according to a filing document with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

AerCap will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “AER” (AER.N).
