ALGIERS, June 18 (Reuters) - Algeria’s army chief of staff Lieutenant General Ahmed Gaed Salah on Tuesday accused some parties of wanting a constitutional vacuum, to prolong the country’s political crisis, private channel Ennahar TV reported.
