Aug 23 (Reuters) - ALIOR BANK SA:
* Polish lender Alior Bank plans to issue bonds worth up to 1.2 billion zlotys ($331 million) in the second part of its bond issue programme, it said on Wednesday.
* The maturity of the bonds will be up to 10 years.
* Alior also said it has decided to stop issuing bonds as part of the first programme which was announced in December 2015 and was worth a total of up to 800 million zlotys.
