Brazil online lender Agibank cancels planned IPO -filing

BRASILIA, Sept 25 (Reuters) - Brazilian online lender Banco Agibank SA has canceled its planned initial public offering, citing the passage of a legal deadline, according to an exchange filing on Tuesday.

Agibank had sought a valuation of about 10 billion reais ($2.45 billion) for its IPO, but local media reported in June that the bank would put off the issue due to weak market demand.
