Brazil may free up 7 bln reais in government spending -sources

BRASILIA/SAO PAULO, Nov 16 (Reuters) - Brazil may free up around 7 billion reais ($2.1 billion) in government spending in 2017 on the heels of a recent upswing in tax collecting, two government sources told Reuters on Thursday.

The final figure is still under discussion and may change before publication, the sources said.
