Brazil's J&F says court ruling does not undermine leniency deal

SAO PAULO, Sept 11 (Reuters) - Brazilian industrial group J&F Investimentos SA said on Monday that a judge’s decision to suspend its leniency agreement does not change terms of the deal terms, but merely suspends new participants from entering the accord.

The federal judge’s decision on Monday to suspend the leniency agreement for the holding company run by the scandal-ridden Batista family cast doubt on billions of dollars of asset sales. (Reporting by Guillermo Parra-Bernal; Editing by Sandra Maler)
