Brazil federal tax revenues fall less than expected in October

SAO PAULO, Nov 24 (Reuters) - Brazil’s federal tax revenues fell less than expected in October, government data showed on Friday, fueling hopes that the government will meet its budget target this year.

Federal tax revenues totaled 121.144 billion reais ($37.5 billion) last month, down 21 percent from the year before after discounting for inflation, according to the federal tax agency.
