* Penn Virginia Corp - ‍sales of production have been curtailed due to compression availability and localized flooding​

* Penn Virginia Corp - ‍there has been no long-term damage to Penn Virginia’s producing assets or facilities due to Hurricane Harvey

* Penn Virginia Corp - ‍drilling operations were suspended at four-well Rhino pad and three-well Oryx pad in advance of storm​

* Penn Virginia Corp - ‍completions operations were suspended at eight-well Chicken Hawk and Jake Berger pads​

* Penn virginia- currently producing at about 50% of full potential, 80% of production expected to be online in 3 days, full production expected in a week​

* Penn Virginia Corp - ‍storm impacts are not expected to delay closing of previously announced acquisition of Eagle Ford assets from Devon Energy Corp​

* Penn Virginia-completion of Chicken Hawk, Jake Berger pads expected to be delayed by 7-10 days with first sales anticipated to be in late September​
