BRIEF-Poland's PKO says placed bonds worth 1.7 bln zlotys

Aug 23 (Reuters) - Powszechna Kasa Oszczednosci Bank Polski SA

* Poland’s biggest lender PKO BP says placed 10-year bonds worth 1.7 billion zlotys ($468.49 million)

* Proceedings from the issue will be spent on increasing bank’s funds

* PKO says bonds’ floating yield will be equal to WIBOR 6M+ plus margin of 155 basis points per annum
