BRIEF-Russia's Mail.Ru says Q1 net profit down 22.4% y/y, revokes fcast

MOSCOW, April 23 (Reuters) - Russian internet company Mail.Ru Group Ltd says:

* Q1 aggregate segment net profit down 22.2% year-on-year to 2.2 billion roubles ($29.21 million);

* Q1 aggregate segment revenue up 14.3% year-on-year to 22.3 billion roubles;

* Q1 aggregate segment EBITDA up 4.1% year-on-year to 5.7 billion roubles;

* It may record a 6.4 billion rouble loss over impairment of goodwill if the Russian advertising market contracts in 2020;

* It revokes 2020 financial forecast, citing uncertainty on market;
