* FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY (FCA) HAS RECEIVED APPLICATIONS UNDER ARTICLE 54(2) FROM TRADING VENUES ICE FUTURES EUROPE AND LONDON METAL EXCHANGE (“LME”)​

* ‍FCA HAS DECIDED TO AGREE A TRANSITIONAL ARRANGEMENT FOR THOSE ENTITIES.​
