British Energy's Sizewell B nuclear plant shut Thur

LONDON, Jan 29 (Reuters) - British Energy’s BGY.L 1,188-megawatt Sizewell B nuclear power station shut down at around 1300 GMT on Thursday, a spokeswoman for the company said.

“It was an unplanned trip,” she said, without being able to say what caused the shutdown or how long the power station in southeast England was likely to remain closed. (Reporting by Daniel Fineren)
