FACTBOX-$10 billion worth of Brookfield deals in Brazil

    SAO PAULO, May 21 (Reuters) - Canada's Brookfield Asset Management Inc and its
subsidiaries have made nearly a dozen major acquisitions since 2013, spending $10 billion on
energy, infrastructure and real estate assets few others would touch due to the legal, political
and economic risks involved.
