UK regulator Ofcom fines EE, Virgin Media for overcharging users

Nov 16 (Reuters) - Britain’s media regulator Ofcom said on Friday it fined EE and Virgin Media for overcharging some phone and broadband customers who terminated their contracts early.

Ofcom said it has fined EE, the country’s biggest mobile operator, 6.3 million pounds and cable company Virgin Media 7 million pounds.
