Nov 10 (Reuters) - Capita said on Tuesday it lost nearly a 100 million pounds ($131.76 million) in third-quarter revenue as the COVID-19 pandemic hit its businesses, but cost cuts helped the British outsourcer eke out a small rise in adjusted core profit.
The company, which has been trying to sell its standalone Education Software Solutions business, said talks regarding the disposal were ongoing.
Revenue in the third quarter ended Sept. 30 was 803 million pounds, compared with 902 million pounds a year earlier.
