KANSAS CITY, Sept 19 (Reuters) - Kansas awarded a casino management contract on Friday to a joint venture of an International Speedway Corp (ISCA.O) unit and Cordish Co, which plans a hotel, casino and entertainment development projected to generate more than $200 million in annual revenues.

The 1.5 million square-foot Hard Rock Hotel and Casino will include a 300-room luxury hotel, a casino with 3,000 slot machines and 140 gaming tables, and a 275,000-square-foot retail, dining and entertainment facility.
The project is expected to attract 8 million tourists annually to Kansas.
