Speculators boost net long U.S. dollars to largest since late June -CFTC, Reuters data

NEW YORK, Oct 18 (Reuters) - Speculators’ net long U.S. dollar position rose to their highest level since late June, according to calculations by Reuters and U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission data released on Friday.

The value of the net long dollar position was $20.79 billion in the week ended Oct. 15, compared with $18.78 billion in the previous week, data showed. (Reporting by Gertrude Chavez-Dreyfuss; Editing by Sandra Maler)
