Cricket-Pakistan bowled out for 302, Australia enforces follow-on

MELBOURNE, Dec 1 (Reuters) - Pakistan were bowled out for 302 before the dinner break on day three of the second test at the Adelaide Oval on Sunday, in reply to Australia’s first innings total of 589 for three declared.
