Experian to buy 65 pct stake in Brazil's Seresa

LONDON, June 26 (Reuters) - British credit information firm Experian Group Ltd (EXPN.L) said on Tuesday it was buying an initial stake of 65 percent in Brazilian credit bureau Serasa for 2.32 billion reais ($1.2 billion) from Brazilian banks.

“The transaction, which is expected to be earnings neutral in the first full fiscal year of ownership and earnings enhancing thereafter, is expected to complete by the end of June,” Experian said in a statement.
